Welcome to Boulder Lakehouse, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Nestled on the serene shores of Boulder Lake, this charming retreat offers private lake access and breathtaking second-story views. With accommodations for up to six guests, the lake house provides a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.
The property comes fully equipped for outdoor adventure, offering five brand-new bikes, two single kayaks, one double kayak, two paddleboards, and two canoes, all available for guest use. 
Located directly on the White Deer Bike Loop, one of the most extensive trail systems in the state, the home offers easy access to nearby attractions. A ten-minute, leisurely bike ride leads to two charming ice cream stands, a fantastic coffee shop, and a variety of restaurants and boutique shops in Boulder Junction. For a unique experience, guests can even paddle a canoe or kayak up to a lakeside restaurant in less than half an hour.
The lake house is conveniently located just five minutes from town by car or ten minutes by bike. With stunning sunset views from the second-story deck, inviting outdoor activities, and a tranquil setting, Boulder Lakehouse is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure.

Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day   
Public boat launch and parking only 1 minute away!   
Watercraft docking is allowed
Parking for trailer in driveway as well as at nearby boat launch
Water is approximately 5 feet deep at end of dock and is slightly weedy with mostly rocks and sand. Ladder at the end of dock to enter water.
Shore is stony, steep, and grassy, use stairs and decking to navigate the shoreline.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes: 
-        Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)    
-        A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.    
-        PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
