We booked a 3 month stay at Villas at Ocean Club without ever being told that the entire property would be under construction and we would be unable to use any of the advertised amenities. We have family in Ocean Springs, and this condo is a perfect place for us to stay when we visit them. Charlotte in the office has been so helpful both times we made reservations. Just completed our 6th year at Villas at Ocean Club. Had a wonderful time as usual. The condo is in a great location with lots to do and plenty of great restaurants close by. The condo is nice but in need of some updating. The carpet in the bedrooms are very dirty and worn out and where the carpet meets the tile in both bedrooms nails are stickin...
No complaints, everything went smoothly, PRM was always very prompt in responding and kind. Highly recommend.
