We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. A Rare Rental at the Villas on the Ground Floor AND with a Gulf View! This unit doesn't last long when it has openings! The ground floor has both a parking lot and a hallway access which makes it easy...

Great place!Lots to do!Beach very close!
No pool bracelets or parking passes were left for us. We were told to just accept notices placed on our car that they shouldnt tow it. Communication was poor but the condo is nice. The madter bedroom tv volume sporadically goes up and down which was frustrating. Good location!

Instructions for tv impossible. No maintenance on site. Check in took seral hours but that seems to be the fault of Capital resorts who didn't assign us a room but no one on site to help, Phone call messages left and it took 2 hours to finally get a room for 1 night and had to move to another room to finish our week reservation
