Really great location for getting to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird resorts. There are a few things to be aware of - there’s no independent heat/AC thermostat and the place was pretty cold our trip. Mattresses aren’t the best. Very thin walls.

Enjoyed the location but the hosts found a vape cartridge that a friend left behind. Despite it not having been consumed on or near the property, they “smelled smoke” and fabricated $250 in smoke remediation fees.
