We loved the location and have already rented for next year but there were some definite maintenance and quality issues. First, there is no vacuum. I had to go by one. There was a filthy old broom. You can’t stay at the beach and have dogs without a vacuum. Lots of dust and hair balls when we got there. The furniture was ok but dirty especially bet...
We had a wonderful month. The duplex was clean and well supplied for our in house chef, we missed having a dishwasher. It was nice to have a kayak to go with ours so 3-4 could go exploring together.

First off there was dog hair all over the place a black dog my wife vacuumed the whole place before we took our bags in not sure who skipped the vacuum? Ants were all over the place kitchen back bedroom bath and master bath. Went to Home Depot and got some ant spray it slowed them down for a day or so.
