3rd year there, love this place
This is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained house. The owner and property managers are top notch and I highly recommend this property. We love being able to have our boat outside the door, ride bikes to pickleball, and walk to great restaurants in KCB. This is a great property!

It was as good as it could be. We found out a family member died while we were here and had to leave early. The only thing we were happy about is the landscape company was outside weed waking and blowing leaves before 8 am.
Our experience was great. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We spent most of our time on the covered patio or on the dock fishing. Each room had its own split a/c so everyone had the temperature they wanted. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
