We had such a wonderful time at Sun n Surf! Everything was perfect! We love this home so much!! It has everything a family needs. We love the beautiful decks to sit and read and watch sunsets! You can’t beat the view and quiet beach. It is truly second to none. But the house needs updating badly. The bedding is old and the furniture is worn and the house needs painting badly. It just felt like it had not been taken care of. As you come down the stairs to the beach there are weeds that were on the pathway that tear up your feet and also ...

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
