Really great check in and check out. Had everything we needed. The kitchen sink was a little old and the house was a little dinged up but other wise was a great experience!
Place was nice a big. Needs some upgrades for the price tag. Had some birds flying in and out of screened porch bc of broken screens and missing wood. TV worked very poorly. Rentals should all have a subscription for price we pay. Grills were partially working and leaking grease all over the deck. Garage spot was fill with so much stuff we had to m...

We stayed At Sun King/Jester 2 years ago and decided to stay again. The condition of the property has gone down. The wood decking is in horrible shape with nails exposed.
