The house was so clean with a light and bright beachy aesthetic. With bedrooms on multiple floors and a first floor game room, there are so options to spread out and enjoy the house. Often times, you go to stay at a rental house and it really has that rental house feel and doesn’t quite match up to the pictures. This place was NOT like that at all. It felt like a home. It was absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations.10/10 experience and Kim is great. You won't regret renting this home.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. A payment of 50% is due immediately. A second payment for the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Guest receives 100.00% (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival. A security deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before arrival. If you pay by credit card, this is a 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart.
