Overall it was one of the better properties we have rented in MB. That said the bedroom carpets were extremely dirty.
First arrived very hot 80% avinualy it cooled down to 73 when the sun went down. The future was outdated very uncomfortable and mattresses on the beds were very hard didn't get much rest

I rented the property for three months but was not made aware there was going to be work being done on building for the first two months which included a lot of loud drilling noises during the day. Other than the refrigerator and finding others belongings not to bad at all great location not to far away from little things have to drive to get to activities love the house it’s self and the pool area and cookout area

A full refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your arrival. (If your reservation is more than 30 days long, we require a 30-day cancellation notice to receive a full refund.) Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival MUST be re-rented before a refund will be made. You are not guaranteed a refund should you cancel less than 14 days out.
