We are glad you found our site! We are not a large company that you would be working with. Lisa and I began something in 2007 that fulfilled a dream we have had since we married in 1980. We always have loved the beach and everytime we went on vacation to the beach we would dream that someday we could have some way to be at the beach more often. Cancellation Policy One hundred percent (100%) of the down payment (less $100 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
