Rental agency was exceptionally helpful; did have couple issues with unit (trash under bed; no instructions on how to operate cable TV). Location is great. Unit is dated and has couple minor safety issues (rugs on top of rugs, bed bolts that hit your feet). We had rented different unit in same complex which was same vintage but cleaner and nicer...

We enjoyed our stay at RA302 very much. Location was perfect, grounds were beautiful. The condo was clean. Only a few concerns - the railings and staircases are showing their age; it may be time to update them. Also the condo was PACKED with bedding and furniture.
