This unit is in the centre of the country club so there is virtually no noise from the perimeter streets, but it also has great access to both the south and north gates. The HOA doesn't heat all pools all winter but the pool just behind this unit is heated, yet hardly used, so it was quiet and relaxing when we were there. The patio faces south so ...
