Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Downstairs beds are stiff as a board and master bed is like sleeping in a bowl. Night one, we had 8 people sleeping in the house. During the day of day two we had three friends come to the beach with us. They were in the house for maybe 30 total minutes. The owner (lived next door) texted me: “It say maximum gues...

The house was actually a town home (half a house). It was pretty clean, but some basic maintenance items really needed to be done. One of the full bathrooms (not the master)was actually in a bedroom; which was a bit awkward for the person using that room. Contact was attentive and kind.
