We definitely chose the wrong apartmentOuts was in bad shape and we experienced problems with both bathrooms, the corridors of the building were too smelly.Said so, the behavior of the personnel of AyP rentals was great as usual and tried to help and correct everything that went wrong
The rooms smelled like mildew.Shower did not drain.Not cleaned well at all.Needs new paint and new doors as well.Patio cement is crumbling.

The area was great. Very convenient for where we needed to be. South beach is literally a 20 minute drive on 1 street. Mall is 5 minutes away. Beach is across the street. The room was great. It was excellent!!!
We had a great stay! Our location was perfect and walking to the beach was close. Once we figured out parking everything went smooth and I would go back again. We had 6 people and we all stayed comfortably and enjoyed our stay.
