The location was perfectly situated within the historic triangle and the closest to the Jamestown area. The king beds were comfortable and each room was spacious. We loved the Marriott manor club at fords colony! The rooms were spotless clean! Full kitchen with all the basics. My kids loved the indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Robert was very responsive and helpful. I didn't know what to expect when booking since this was a Marriott room but he showed me screenshots and provided verification of the booking. Check in and out was super easy and the room was great!
I think it was difficult navigating the front desk staff because all the information they have is of the condo owners. Which isn't really a fault of Robert I just think it is important to mention they may look at you like you're an idiot. But once you get past that small hurdle everything is just perfect.
