This beautiful house perfectly accommodated our group of two families with young children. Plenty of space to sleep many people and multiple living spaces for entertaining - 2 living rooms, nice large kitchen, and indoor/outdoor dining. The location was amazing with beautiful scenery and Grand Lake very close. The home was very well appointed with one exception, there are 3 bathrooms but only one bathroom featured a tub/shower. This was disappointing since we had 8 people. Otherwise everything was perfect and I would still highly recommend.
