Eric’s place is exactly as described. He’s extremely kind and responsive. Amazing location, we had a wonderful time walking to Vine St. and other neighboring areas. Parking garage was easy to access, and felt very safe. There were some very noisy neighbors throwing a party on a Tuesday night that kept my in-laws up, so I’d recommend bringing a ...

Absolutely perfect, can’t wait to find a reason to head back and book again
The apartment was clean and fairly conveniently located. Having the street car stop right across the street was a big plus! Eric does a great job keeping the apartment stocked with snacks and toiletries, and provided a helpful list of recommended places. It is also right next to Washington Park, which is beautiful on a nice day.
Eric’s place was perfect for our stay! It was really close to some really great restaurants and we enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood. Eric was also a fantastic host with his great communication, responsiveness, and very clean and comfortable stay.
