Cons: The unit is not prepared for a long stay. I wouldn't recommend it for a stay that involves more than 2 weeks. There were missing listed items (e.g., fork), Internet failed and just after complaining several times they brought ATT, the parking spot was busy, & the garage below the unit has a noisy door.
