The reason for the 3 star check-in was the room was not ready at 4:30. We had to wait for them to finish cleaning. One major complaint I have about Air B N B rooms is we have to check out at 10:00 and then cannot check in till 4PM. Frustrating that they were not ready. But everything else was fine.
