Our family loved this wonderful home in Waikoloa! In addition to being located in a picturesque area, it was close to many beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Black Sand Beach and Beach 69. Villa was very comfortable & clean. Easy to get to pool, golf, clubhouse & shopping.
We have stayed at the Colony Villas many times before. This is the nicest villa by far. Beautifully renovated, clean, and a great location.. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the knives are sharp, a detail that is very much appreciated when working in the kitchen. We would definetly rent this unit again.
Spacious, well placed and excellent area. Were there for the Ironman World Championship and it was a nice quiet area for both getting ready and resting afterwards. Love the big island.

Has everything you would want: 4 beach chairs, lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff. Clean, responsive management (we couldn't figure out the address). Awesome experience.
