Wonderful location that is close to shopping and downtown Burbank. Despite proximity to other houses and apartment complex, it was quiet. Outdoor space was nice and I had a very pleasant stay.

House was very nice with updated finishes. We had a couple issues with trash not being taken out before we arrived & with flies getting into the house. However, the management company was very quick to respond & sent someone to fix things within a few hours in both cases. We enjoyed our stay!
