The house is in the best location, across from the beach, two blocks from downtown. The house itself needs a refresh. The carpets on stairs and upstairs are old and stained, almost didn't want to walk barefoot on them, desperately needs to be ripped up and either tiled or wood floors. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced, old and uncomfort...
