We love renting through Florida lifestyle rentals. We have been for about a decade. This unit is in a nice older building. It has a quirkiness to it that we love. The furniture and window coverings are older. The kitchen is well suppled and the unit works well for 6 adults.

Great condo, clean with mostly everything you need. New living room furniture was nice this year. Beds still leave a lot to be desired.
Condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths was perfect for two retired adult couples. Walk out onto the lanai, down the steps and you are at the pool/beach or your private 2 car garage. Comfortable living quarters and well supplied. Great nearby restaurants and parks for hiking and biking. Already booked unit again for 2025.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
