Great Spot! Like a home away from home. Everything was pretty much provided. There is still some construction in the area but nothing overwhelming. The toll bridge thing was a surprise but I think the rental car place could have informed us of that. Lots of places to eat out are available though, if that's your preference. Highly recommend!

The owner of unit 1112 has made very good renovations. Master room and bed us ver good now. The Condos need more tables near pool with umbrellas. Especially on south side pool.

I turned in a paper survey when we returned the keys. Only additional comments are the $600 plus increase over last year was excessive. The overall size of pool and lack of covered tables near pool is an issue. The 1 or 2 next to pool are always taken.

We had a beautiful condo, very well furnished with many amenities. Loved the location, the pool area, and cleanliness of the area!!
My family and I had a wonderful time at Beach Cottage I unit 1112. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was huge. With a nice pool and hot tub.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
