The location was excellent only two blocks from the Cocoa pier people there were nice friendly and quiet we loved the heated pool. The weather was excellent during our stay

Relocated for work and needed a place for a month. This worked out great for me. Nice place. Clean and well taken care of. Easy location not far off A1A. Lots to do either a short drive or walk to a lot. It was only about a 10min walk to the beach and I was able to catch a few sunrises before work. Always felt safe no matter the time of day...

There were a few setbacks but they were resolved immediately so it wasn't a disaster. The building is lovely and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
