Staff were friendly and polite. Repair request was handled in a timely manner. The condo was excellent and well equipped. Location is awesome, located next to John’s Pass which has plenty to offer anybody.

This was our first time dealing with Sun Host and was impressed at how quickly they responded to a problem with the dryer (the belt had slipped off...minor issue). Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
