Rented a 3br unit at Beach Place. Had our children & grandsons come down. It could not have worked out better! Great area for adults and children. Other than groceries, did not have to use our car. SunHosts Resorts were excellent people to work with.

Location is amazing - right on beach and just across street from all the John’s Pass stores and restaurants. Condo itself is spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved the nice pool on the property.

Loved how close we were to everything. Literally right across the street from the was just steps to the sand. Liked how it was secured entry. The only issue we had was checking in. There was a large group of us in 3 separate condos. The other 2 condos were ready early, which I understand isn't always the case, however, after checking several times...
