We had a great week at Beach Place! Unit 302 was immaculately clean, comfy furniture & beds and well stocked. Enjoyed that there were beach chairs & noodles for use.

Clean and beautiful place. The view is great. The location is awesome just across from johns pass where you can do many things. Have stayed in 302 for 3 years now and would definitely go back.

302 was a beautiful unit great views everything we needed . Close to John pass and restaurants. The unit had a lot of space inside we never felt cramped looking forward to come again .

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
