Terrible experience. We found a burst pipe in the kitchen when we arrived. Kitchen was flooding rapidly and there was no hot water in the house. Host didn’t respond to our messages for over 12 hours. The hot water issue wasn’t resolved and we had to move to a hotel. Also, the king bed seems to have no support beam in the middle of the bed so th...

We loved the location of the place! Close to the plaza. However, the photos were very deceiving. The house is caving in badly; very tilted floors. I placed a pen on 1 side of the room and it quickly rolled to the other on its own. A ton of the blind slats are broken/missing. Only 1 full bath. Exhaust fan is broken. No toilet paper holder.
