We loved the room. The bathrooms were large and loved the shower.The kitchen had everything we needed and the pans were in great shape.Very close to bars and restaurants, plus shopping.

Unfortunately, I could not make the trip due to car problems. I bought the insurance but discovered that it had very limited coverage. I filed a claim and was out $2,500 for the trip.

We loved the location, pool and cleanliness of our accommodations. Would stay again. Wish the hot tub didn't have cold water in it or that we were notified in advance it wasn't working. We are warm water lovers.
This is our second year in this location for a 1 month stay in January. We love the location since almost everything is walkable and you're only steps from the beach. One of my biggest complaints is there are only 2 charcoal grills on the premise. The condo next to us to the North has 5 separate gas grills and it would be great to at least have one...

We had a great time. We were disappointed in the lack of clean pool though. That pool is part of the vacation experience and we felt the maintenance was awful.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
