Great; beds in the bedroom w sink but no toilet seemed old and could be updated
This house is terrific. Great layout for a nice family vacation. Close to the beach and boardwalk. We hardly used our car the entire week as you can walk to stores and restaurants as well. The house was clean and we had no issues.

We have stayed at 14 Pennsylvania for several years. It's a delightful property. Perfect for our large family. Plenty of room for the kids. The deck is wonderful and we've often had a baby pool in the back yard. Every year there is an improvement of some kind. Our rental agent Liz Finn at Berkshire Hathaway is always helpful and easy to work with.
14 Pennsylvania Av Rehoboth Beach. We love this house! Over the first few days, there were some issues with TV, Dishwasher, but all taken care of in avery timely fashion by Kim, our agent, and/or the owner.
