good location, ground floor of unit in good condition and kitchen well appointed... other parts of the unit need some TLC... front gate latch to patio did not operate smoothly, screen door to master balcony off the track any lying on the balcony, large stain on carpet in second bedroom, multiple light bulbs not working, mintenance all day Saturday ...
