We enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the property management company. We were sent a door code so check in/out was easy. Great location - walking distance to everything. This end unit is bright and airy with lots of windows. We could see the fireworks from the balcony. Sunset Beach was crowded as expected but still fun. Grandkids enjoyed the pool as well. Would love to visit again!
The unit was no as clean as I prefer
Overall the stay was amazing. I give 4* because the pool was closed for 48hrs. We had access to another pool that was nice but very packed. Once our pool was open everything was awesome

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
