With a background in real estate and education, they started their journey in the northeast managing both short and long-term rentals. After the birth of their son Joey, they made the decision to move to sunny Southwest Florida to start a new chapter as a family. Drawing on their experience and expertise, they established HomeWave, a management company specializing in property management services.

We had a lovely stay at Casey’s place in Bonita Springs. The house was perfect for hosting our family coming together. Casey was super prompt in his responses and was incredibly helpful with any issues that came up with the stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

During my stay i experenced a wonderful time with my family. We all enjoyed ourselves in this bueatiful home. Although in the master bedroom my husband and I experneced the water being way to hot. Even though we still had an amazing time and would definetly return.

The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and lots of storage in the closets. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would need. The outside area was perfect enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
