Excellant family vacation. All 18 if us! Ten adults, 7 teenagers, and a little three year old! The property suited us just fine- clean and on the beach. The manager provided very good customer service. I hope we may vacation here again. We enjoyed the beach, bubba's, crabby Mike's. My family had a wonderful time at vacation station! The setup of the house was fabulous. We loved how the porch, pool, and beach were all right out the back door. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. I do feel the house could use some updating and a deep cleaning.
Property is right on the ocean with a short private walkway to the beach. Great ocean views from the main floor and 3rd floor decks. Nice small pool to cool down in after a walk on the beach. Our family would definitely return to this property again.

Cancellations that are made one hundred and twenty (120) or more days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, other than a $199.00 cancellation fee to cover clerical expenses.
