The house is in a great location and area. Close to the public beach access. Our family enjoyed the stay. Pool area is nice and the house has that southern charm. The property could use some TLC on the upstairs balcony. Dryer went down towards the end of our week that could not be repaired prior to departure. Otherwise it would be 5’s all around.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid.
