This place was very affordable and close to the night life. The owner was very friendly and when we needed something they made sure we got it right away.

The house was cute and the owners tried. Issues: cracked flooring, stained mattresses, roaches (alive and dead), water leak outside causing low water pressure (it was resolved the 2nd day there) Neighborhood is "rough", our Uber driver voiced the same opinion. Neighbors blocked our drive EVERYDAY, we had to knock on doors to find owner to move car...
