Nice, clean place. Only issue we had was at check-in. Lock wouldn’t work with the programmed code. I contacted customer support and they had the manager come out to open the door with another code. Likewise, the wifi password wouldn’t work for the provided guest network. We went around it using the default network on the modem. Overall, we enjoyed ...

The house is beautiful and the customer service rep was very helpful when we had issues with door not unlocking to enter and WiFi issues. Kelcie was wonderful and either answered or called immediately every time I needed help with anything.
