During our stay, the outside temps were often in the single digits...unusually cold even for this area. The max setting on the thermostat was 74, which meant the main level was tolerable, the upstairs master was toasty, and the finished basement was almost uninhabitable...too cold to relax or sleep comfortably. The gas log furnace in the basement...
