Matthew is a great host! The place is well maintained with all the necessities needed while you are away. It’s a great location with just a brief walk to the beach. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Matt’s place is the ultimate bang for your buck! The unit is extremely clean and a great setup for either a short or long term stay. The unit is also just a short walk to the beach! This is my 2nd time staying in one of Matt’s properties and he did not disappoint and I look forward to staying with Matt again!

This bungalow is lovely. It's well appointed and perfect for relaxing evenings. It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood that's a short walk to beautiful Indian Rocks beach and several terrific beach-side restaurants. And Matthew has a great guide to the area.
