We found Looney Dunes very clean, well appointed..The kitchen is ok , definitely not meant for any serious cooking , Location is good , beds downstairs for comfortable, bed upstairs hard .
The house and resort are very nice, but the extra fees and overall price were pretty expensive. For a resort that size, you need more than one tennis court. We didn't get to partake in the amenities because they were always "booked" yet no one was using them.

We had a great time at Looney Dunes! The house was fully stocked and we loved the layout with the second bedroom upstairs. It was very convenient being right next to the park for our two year old. He loved the slide on the hill and the whole park is great. We love Beachwalk and look forward to going back next year!

We were not sure what to expect but found the place charming and tranquil in the springtime.
The rental was lovely. Everything seemed new and it was the perfect size for a family of 5 with older children. The only issue was they did not have any TV service set up. We had to stream using our own services.

A cancellation made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to the non-refundable booking fee plus 10% of the rental rate.
