We visit Hot Springs every year, either during Thanksgiving or Christmas. We have stayed at local hotels because we could not get a "House" close to the action. Well.... THIS IS IT!! This house is in the best location. Lots of history surrounding the property. A very easy walk to bathhouse row. All family spaces are on the first floor and bedrooms and bathroom are on the second. The furniture was very comfy and the house was well maintained. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

The home was very nice and clean. Was very pleased with location. The only downfall was trying to cool off at night. Every afternoon it would get up to 78 degrees no matter what the thermostat was set on which made it difficult to sleep. Would stay here again but only in the winter time.
