Very good stay. We had an issue 3 times with the guest bathroom blocking which was frustrating, and at times an-inconvenience...!! But this was resolved very quickly once the maintenance were aware..Unfortunately during our 3 week stay, our adjoining neighbour was undergoing renovations for 2 of our weeks, even though I know this wasn’t a fault of ...

Flexible Cancellation Policy In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified by email by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following: Cancelling up to 30 days before arrival 100% refundable minus $10 processing refund fee. Cancelling up to 14 days before arrival all monies will be refunded minus $250 dollars or the cost of the first night stay whatever is Higher.
