Unit 503 was very clean and updated. A few amenities should be replaced such as chipped cups and plates. We liked being on the upper floor and was very quiet in the hallway. That elevator though is a bit slow however stairs are close in proximity and exercise is good to burn off those calories you seem to endure on vacation ~
This condo has everything you are looking for. Nice granite countertops, comfortable leather couches, master shower is great. Bed very comfortable. Nice view of bridge and quiet at night for sleeping. All the kitchen gadgets you could want. Also nice to see credit card washer/dryers now

We loved our stay and the Condo was nice. We wished it would have had a couple beach chairs included as we have been staying at Beach Place for the last 15 years and have been flying down for the last 5 years and leave chairs in the unit we stay in for the next people to us and they are never there when we return.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
