Overall the house was perfect! Easy check in and out. It is close to everything and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Love the beach chairs and wagon that were there to use. Family thought sofa wasn't really comfortable but I thought it was fine. We will rent this house again!

The unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The location was conveniently located off of route 1 which has every store and restaurant imaginable. Only issue was that there were ants. We bought traps and that seemed to help. The community pool also has limited shade (1 umbrella) so try to snag the shaded area if you go on a very sunny day.
Great location! Easy walking and biking to the outlets and Rehoboth Avenue. Beautiful balconies and outdoor seating on all three levels, - I loved sitting in the all seasons room with my cup of coffee and a book. The rental was exactly as pictured. It was clean and exactly what we needed. The owners had plenty of information for us. We like the location in relation to the beach and think the neighborhood was really great. We would definitely stay here again.
