Hi, we’re Rob and Melissa Palmeri, independent owners of 2 condos on Marco Island, Florida. We’re from Long Island, New York, but we stay in each condo several times a year. That’s not just to escape from the New York winters! It’s also because we are committed to ensuring the condos are maintained and equipped to a high standard: we take our responsibility to create lasting, special memories for you and your family very seriously.

Buying our small piece of paradise on Marco Island was one of our family’s biggest ideas that turned into one our best ideas! With the airline and hotel points Rob accumulated from his business trips, we were fortunate enough to travel to and experience many different vacation destinations. Marco Island was by far our favorite.

As our three children grew older and more independent, Melissa had plenty of free time on her hands. She wanted to do something challenging and fun that our entire family could enjoy. Melissa’s previous work experience equipped her with the skills necessary to run a vacation home rental service.

Not knowing what we were about to get into, we bought our first vacation home in Sea Winds of Marco condominium. It turned out to be such a rewarding experience in many ways…so much so that we purchased our second vacation home in the Apollo condominium.

Our family vacations in Marco Island several times a year, which ends up never being enough! We plan on retiring to Marco Island and neither one us can wait for that day. Marco Island, Florida is our happy place.

Family vacations on Marco are a breeze. We love the island’s low-key vibe, sugar-sand beaches and legendary sunsets. We love how safe and friendly the Island is.

Both condos are beachfront properties that are within walking distance to Marco Walk Plaza, a major hub of restaurants, bars, ice cream, a movie theater and miniature golf.

One of our favorite things to do is rent bikes and ride them to breakfast and then around the island, followed by a lazy, relaxing afternoon lounging on the beach. The only worry in the world is if the tide is going to reach your chair!

We take advantage of the awesome fishing in the Gulf. There are many fishing charters to choose from that offer close to shore, off shore and back water fishing.  We really enjoy bringing the fish we catch to local restaurants that make unbelievably fresh and tasty fish tacos!

We take pride in keeping the condos updated, and clean.  They are maintained like a family home (because they are!).
