Program Overview

Savvy is offering new users a $50 cash back incentive on their first completed stay when they create a new account. This promotion is designed to welcome new travelers to the Savvy platform and reward them for booking directly with professional property managers without service fees.

Eligibility

  1. This offer is available only to new Savvy users who create an account during the promotion period.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age and meet all other standard Savvy account requirements.
  3. Existing Savvy account holders are not eligible.
  4. Limit one cash back incentive per person or email address.
  5. Employees of Savvy, its partner property management companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Offer Details

  1. The offer expires 90 days after account creation. Any bookings made or completed after this period will not qualify for the cash back incentive
  2. New users will receive $50 cash back after completing their first qualifying stay booked through Savvy.
  3. The cash back incentive will be redeemed after the stay has been successfully completed without cancellation.
  4. To qualify, the booking must:
    • Be made through the Savvy platform
    • Be the user's first reservation on Savvy
    • Have a total booking value (before taxes) of at least $500
    • Not be canceled by either the guest or the property manager
    • Cash back is void in the event of cancellations or changes to the original reservation.

Redemption Process

Redeeming the cash back incentive is quick and easy through your account dashboard:

  1. After completing a qualifying stay, go to this page
  2. Complete the redemption form with the required information.

Our team will review your request and process payment according to our twice-monthly schedule (around the 1st and 15th). A confirmation email will be sent once your redemption is processed.

Payment Timeline

  1. Cash back payments will be processed after completed stay, within two weeks of successful redemption submission.
  2. Payments are made according to Savvy's standard payment schedule on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  3. Your confirmation email will include a payment summary and expected disbursement date.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If a stay is changed or canceled for any reason before check-in, the booking will not qualify for the cash back incentive.

Payment Methods

  1. Cash back payments will be issued to the payment method used for the original booking, where possible.
  2. In some cases, payments may be made via direct deposit, check, or digital payment service, at Savvy's discretion.

Additional Terms

  1. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers.
  2. The cash back incentive has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
  3. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
  4. Savvy reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
  5. Savvy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or abuse of the program.
  6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions and Savvy's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  7. All decisions made by Savvy regarding this promotion are final.
