There is nothing more refreshing, nothing more appealing, than one in the midday sun. If you don’t have any sun handy, set your desk light to stun, and bask in the rays.

Ingredients

50ml Havana Club
Bunch of fresh mint
1 fresh lime
Demerera sugar

Mixology

In a tall glass, crush some fresh mint with the juice of half a lime and one spoonful of sugar. Add 50ml of Havana Club and two or three ice cubes. Top with sparkling water, stir and garnish with a mint sprig.
