Chocolate Martini

Chocolate + booze =  what more needs to be said? 

Ingredients

Green crème de menthe   x 5ml rinse
Stolichnaya                          x 50ml
White crème de cacao       x 15ml

Mixology

Fill a mixing glass ¾ full of fresh clean ice. Add the crème de menthe and stir, strain off leaving a rinse around the glass. Pour in the vodka and cacao, stir, and double strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with chocolate powder and caster sugar, pour a mixture of chocolate powder and sugar onto a saucer, moisten the rim of the glass using lemon juice, dim the rim gently into the powder, shake off any excess, then garnish with a chocolate dusting.
